WELLFLIX TERMS OF SERVICE

Please read these terms of service carefully before starting to use the service.

Wellflix is an online service owned by Wellflix Oy (Business ID: 1967772-4) at www.wellflix.fi. Wellflix provides access rights to the online service (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) for customers, who may be referred to as subscribers or members. The content mainly relates to wellness in various forms. Access to the Service is offered in accordance with the terms of service presented on this page.

MEMBER, USER, SUBSCRIBER

All private individuals and corporate customers who have purchased / subscribed to / received as a gift the Service are considered users. The terms of service apply to all user groups.

MISUSE

Your Wellflix account is intended solely for your personal use. You may not share your personal login credentials or password with others. You are not entitled to distribute content, provide your credentials to others, present content publicly, copy it, or store it. You are also not entitled to modify, resell, or obtain ownership or other rights to the content.

You also agree not to cause any functional or other harm to the Service. You agree not to collect any kind of information from the site, nor are you entitled to install harmful code, viruses, or other processes or products that would damage the site. You are not entitled to bypass access to the Service; you may only use it as a paying member.

SUBSCRIPTION VALIDITY

The Service is available to you for the duration of the subscription period you have paid for. Each online course or training program specifies the length of the access period.

TERMINATION OF SERVICE

You do not need to separately terminate the Service; access to the content will automatically end when your paid subscription period expires. You are paying for the complete package; therefore, no partial or full refunds will be made if you do not use all of the content.

CHANGES TO THE SERVICE

We reserve the right to modify the range of content provided. From time to time, we may remove outdated or discontinued content from the Service. You are paying for access to the entire package, not for specific content. We also reserve the right to make changes to pricing.

QUALITY OF THE SERVICE CONTENT

The quality of the Service content may vary. Since the content is produced in cooperation with various subcontractors, there may be differences in quality. Differences related to usage, such as image quality, playback speed, and sound, may also occur. We are not responsible for playback issues caused by the user’s equipment or for any charges that may be imposed by the user’s internet service provider.

THIRD PARTIES

By using our Service, you accept that third-party agreements or software may be involved. We may also offer partner memberships, products, or services under limited terms. DAMAGES FROM MISUSE

We are not responsible for damages arising from misuse of the Service. Wellflix is not a healthcare service and does not replace instructions or recommendations provided by doctors or other health authorities. Always first confirm with your doctor whether it is safe or appropriate for you to use the content of our Service. Subscribers perform all exercises and lifestyle changes at their own risk.
